1. PHONE ORDERS – Our phone number for ordering is 858-200-5200.

2. SHIPPING – Most of our orders are mailed out within 24 hours. Since we have relocated our offices to Hawaii, all of our shipping is done via USPS First Class Mail at the Flat Rate of $5.50 per order. We no longer offer Media Mail because it can take far too long to get to you.

3. EBOOKS – You will receive an online notification almost immediately after placing your order with a link to your Ebook. 4. PRIVACY – We value your friendship and promise to hold all information you provide to us in absolute privacy. We use the highest quality secure credit card processing servers we could find, and we will never share your name, e-mail address, or personal information with any third party, unless you specifically authorize it.
