Intenders Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do I have to do anything special to join the Intenders?

A. No. All you have to do to be an Intender of the Highest Good is tell
yourself that you are one.

Q. How do I find out if there are any Intenders Circles or Cybercircles that I can join?

A. You can visit our Worldwide Directory to see if there is a Circle near you or a Cybercircle that is open.

Q. How do I start my own Intention Circle?

A. There is a wealth of information about how to start your own Circle or Cybercircle on this website. You can visit our Intenders Circles page and watch the Youtube to see how the original Intenders held their Circle. Likewise, The Intenders Handbook is the perfect guide for setting up your own Circle.

Q. We just started a new Intenders Circle. How can we get listed in your directory so others in our area can locate us?

A. Email us at [office@intenders.com] with the name of your city or town, your name, and phone number and we’ll put you in our directory within a few days.

Q. Does it matter what we call our Circle?

A. No. You can name your circle anything you like. Some groups call themselves the Houston Intenders, for instance, and others we know of call themselves the Empowerment Club. The main thing is that you and your friends follow the Intenders Circle Format and sit in a circle and say your intentions and gratitudes into it. It is the Format that produces very uplifting results.

Q. Who can participate in Intenders Circles?

A. Everybody! We are an open group.

Q. What if social distancing or a lockdown is in effect?

A. The majority of the Intenders Circles in our area have switched to holding an Intenders Cybercircle on the internet. That way you can still say your intentions and manifest like before. See our Cybercircle page for more info.

Q. How do I start an Intenders Cybercircle?

A. First go to Zoom.com and register. Then you can hold 40 minute meetings for free (and then you can repeat if you go past 40 minutes.) Set up a room for hosting your Cybercircle and then send out emails to your friends so they know when and where to find your Circle. From then on, you and your group can create the format that works best for you. The main thing is for each person to say their gratitudes and intentions and align them with the Highest Good.

Q. Is there any particular Cybercircle etiquette?

A. It really helps if each person mutes when they’re not speaking so there is less background noise. It’s also supportive if someone stops the video when they have to get up and move around. We also send out email reminders to the group the day before so everyone remembers to attend.

Q. When is the best time for an Intenders Circle?

A. Anytime. There are groups meeting on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday
evenings in our area.

Q. How many Intenders can there be in a Circle?

A. Most groups have found, through experience, that up to 20 people in a
Circle works well. More than 20 can sometimes take a long time. (We don’t
like to hurry through our gratitude and intentions.) When a big crowd shows
up, some groups have chosen to divide into smaller Circles in different rooms
of the house. The ideal size Intention Circle seems to be between 5 to 15
people. Of course, we all come back together in a big Circle for the Toning!

Q. How do I say my intentions?

A. You are always safe starting your intentions out with “I intend that I am (happy, healthy, the owner of a new car, etc). We always phrase our intentions in the positive and we always include the Highest Good clause. Then we say “So be it and so it is!” You can be assured of getting the best results if you intend for the best possible outcome you can imagine for any situation. The Intenders Handbook goes into much greater detail about how to say your intentions. Likewise, you will find examples of how to say your intentions on our Intenders Founders Circle page on Facebook.

Q. Can I put intentions in the Circle for a friend?

A. Yes, we do it all the time. We just make sure that we include the highest
good clause.

Q. What if someone else in the Circle says the same intention that I was going to say?

A. Just say “ditto.” We say ditto a lot in our Circles.

Q. Can I bring my children to the Intenders?

A. Our experience has guided us to discourage people from bringing very young
children. Live Intenders meetings usually run 2 to 3 hours, and most young children are not able to sit quietly in one place for that length of time. Some Intenders groups have a person who takes care of the children in a space
that is away from he Circle where the children can be told stories or given some other form of upliftment. Intenders Cybercircles work well for children as long as they’re not so young that they distract the group. In fact, we encourage children to take part.

Q. What do people wear to an Intenders Circle?

A. Sometimes people are coming from work, so there’s a variety of clothing.
But, for the most part, we wear very comfortable clothes.

Q. What is the Intention Process?

A. The Intention Process is the three-fold system we use in order to become “Mighty Manifestors” and get proficient at having that which we desire to come to us as easily and effortlessly as possible. It is the Law of Attraction adapted to our present day world, and you can find out more about it on our Intention Process page or in The Intenders Handbook.

Q. You talk a lot about the Highest Good. What is it?

A. The Highest Good cannot be put into words, although each and everyone of us knows in our heart and mind when it is being honored. It resonates deep within us when we are aligned with our true calling, our reason for being here. That is why we always include it at the end of our intentions by saying “I intend that, in order to manifest, all of my intentions must serve the Highest Good of the Universe, myself and everyone everywhere. So be it and so it is!” We Intenders would never want to manifest anything unless it served the Highest Good for all and everyone.

Q. How soon do your book orders go out?

A. Most of our book orders are shipped the day after they are received,

Q. My email address has changed. How do I update my email address so I can continue receiving your Visions or Bridge Messages??

A. You can update your email address quickly and easily by clicking on the aweber Change Subscription Options link that is on the very bottom of every Vision or Bridge Message. It will take you to a form, and in the upper right corner you’ll see another link that says Change Details. Click on it and then update your email address by replacing your old one with your new one and hitting the Submit Button.

Q. I signed up for the Visions or the Bridge Messages and they aren't coming .

A. For your cyber-protection we have a double opt-in system. This means you will receive a Confirmations Link from Aweber that you must click on. Then your Visions and Bridge messages will arrive in your email (Also, be sure to check your junk mailbox.)

Q. My friend and I are both receiving the beautiful Visions but she gets a different Vision than I do. Why is that?

A. The Vision Alignment Project Visions are set up based upon when you start the program. Thus, a person who started in January will not receive the same Vision at the same time as another person who began the program in April..

Q. The world is changing so fast for me, and I find myself getting upset when the things that I'm used to having aren't there anymore. What can I do?

A. These are the times that test your Spirit. Ordinarily, when you look closer at the situation you’re in, you’ll find that it isn’t really so bad. It’s just that you think it’s bad. If you find yourself getting upset when big changes are happening, remember to remain friendly toward others. The people around you may be the ones who’ll help you. Treat them the way you’d want to be treated. Be patient, ask for what you need, and be ready to receive. Above all, Stay Positive, stick with the Intention Process and keep moving forward.
